Hosting will be arranged with our awesome Cork based dancers! We will do what we can to accommodate everyone, but as we can only provide limited places, hosting is provided on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can find out more here.

You can easily take the bus between locations in Cork City and the Airport. See our Travel page for more information.

We may release a limited number of ticket for the evening events. That information will be updated here and on our Facebook page if and when they become available. The parties will be accessible to registered pass holders only, so if you want to get the most out of your long weekend in Cork, the Full pass will always be the best option.

Unfortunately we are not able to give refunds for this event. We recommend finding a person to take your place at the Exchange!

Cork will be at maximum capacity during the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival. We highly recommend registering quickly and securing a place with one of our lovely hosts. If you are looking for hotel or hostel recommendation feel free to send us an email and we will point you in the right direction.

There will be a limited number of spots for helpful people who want to lend a hand. Check out our Volunteering page for more info.

You will be able to pre-purchase event tee-shirts during registration. This is highly recommended, as they are seriously bad ass (It’s cheaper too). Alternatively, you may be able to buy one during the exchange weekend, if we have any left. Just ask one of our friendly organisers!

We will be putting together an information pack with recommendations for you on things we think you will find interesting, and info on where to find things around the city (cafés, restaurants, music shops, hairdressers, tailors, vintage shops, shoe repair, etc)
